Customer File

  • Can hold more than 2 billion customers -- if you can find a computer big enough! And, unlike some systems, SNAP-2-IT won't bog down with lots of data.
  • Customer selection window can be instantly sorted by name, ID, street, city, zip code, phone, or one of your own fields. This means you can instantly locate a customer by phone number, zip, name or ID. You can even enter a partial street address and find the rest.
  • The customer screen can be totally customized and ALL field names can be changed.
  • FIVE note files for each customer! Keep marketing notes separate from collections, service, etc.
  • A ship-to file can be defined for each customer if you want. With no limits, of course.
  • Average days to pay -- displayed in the customer account information part of the customer screen.
  • Shipping labels (any format) can be printed right from the customer screen.
  • Individual statement can be printed right from the customer screen.
  • Unlimited terms file can be defined.
  • Scheduled events for marketing -- follow up calls, appointments, etc.
  • Negotiated price file lets you specify a price for any number of inventory items for as many customers as you want. The negotiated price overrides other price mechanisms to prevent quotation or billing accidents.
  • Information sheet -- multiple styles can be defined and printed right from the customer screen. Very handy for service companies. Just bring up a customer, print the information sheet, and you're off!

Billing & Sales

  • Multiple pricing options. Quantity pricing, discount pricing, level pricing, and price by discount code. And, of course, you can always manually override any price on a particular invoice.
  • Use your own invoice forms. With SNAP-2-IT, you can customize to just about any invoice format. So if you are already using a format you like, no problem!
  • Service charges and late fees can be computed, if desired. Individual customers can be shielded from service charges.
  • Notes -- five different sets of notes may be attached to the invoice itself!
  • Aging reports -- 5 different styles!
  • On screen aging -- get up-to-the-minute information on your receivables with the on screen aging. This great feature displays an aged customer list and even allows any customer to be selected and viewed! You can even make cash receipts right off the aging screen. This is a great feature for that lucky person in your company who works collections!
  • Repetitive billing -- this feature allows customers to be set up on a billing schedule. Invoices can be produced in batch for all customers who need to be billed on a regular basis.
  • Multi-page invoices -- no restriction on the length of an invoice. We have customers who make invoices and orders with hundreds of line items. Printing is no problem.
  • Use your own invoice format! SNAP-2-IT provides you with 5 different styles of invoices at the same time. Each style can be customized to the way you want.
  • Sales tax report -- especially nice for those who live in California or other states which require extensive breakdown of sales tax collected.
  • Commissions -- can compute multi-level commission structures. Each sales person can designate who else is also to get commissions as well as the rate.
  • Can handle multiple accounts receivable accounts, if necessary.
  • Sales history by customer. This is a great feature. Right on the customer screen, a single key brings up the DETAIL sales history for the customer. You can see everything. Browse or search by date.
  • Back order invoices. Can display back order invoices by customer or for entire company.
  • Any invoice can be duplicated.
  • Any invoice can be transferred to another customer. If you make in invoice and then realize it is on the wrong customer, no problem! Just transfer it to the correct customer. If that customer has different pricing, the invoice can be automatically corrected!

Order Entry

  • Sales orders can be turned into invoices without re-entering the information.
  • Open orders are held separately from back orders.
  • Works with negotiated prices. If a customer has been given a special price for a particular item, the sales order uses that price.
  • Any order can be duplicated.
  • An order may be transferred to a different customer. If you realize that the order was entered for the wrong customer, simply transfer it to the correct customer without re-typing!
  • Prepaid orders -- payments can be made against an order. When the order is turned into an invoice, the payment will be picked up automatically and will show up on the invoice.
  • Orders for a particular customer may be viewed right on the customer screen. Helps reduce confusion in the sales department!
  • Orders can be created from old invoices. This is great when a customer wants to order ths same thing they bought last year.

Payments

  • Payments from a customer can be cash, check, credit card or credit memo.
  • Each payment can pay more than one invoice.
  • A payment can partially pay an invoice, and can partially pay several invoices.

Quotations

  • Quotations can be turned into an order or can be turned directly into an invoice.
  • Five print styles can be maintained, each style can be customized.
  • Any quote may be copied with a single keystroke.
  • A quote may be transferred to another customer. This is useful when you want to make the same quote for a different customer. Just copy the quote and transfer the copy.
  • Master file of open quotes.
  • Quotes for a particular customer are viewable right off the customer screen.
  • Shows net profit as you make the quote.

Mailing Lists

  • Can be automatically generated from the customer file.
  • Can sort by name, zip, phone, etc.
  • Completely customizable.
  • Can qualify or "filter" on any field in the customer record.

Labels

  • Three styles of mailing labels, each can be formatted to any style label.
  • Labels can be printed in batch, or individually printed from the customer screen.
  • Shipping labels can be printed directly from the invoice or order and can be done in batch mode or individually per order or invoice.
  • Batch labels can be qualified or "filtered" based on any field in the customer record.

Sales Analysis

  • Sales totals for all or partial customers.
  • Sales register includes optional account distribution analysis.
  • Product count can break sales down by item, sales volume, profitibility or number of items sold.
