The SNAP-2-IT employee and payroll module consists of the employee file, paycheck file, tax tables, reports, a sales ID list and file specifying the commission structure. The payroll system is design for the small business with the basic type deductions. The employee screen allows access to all employee information,
including filing status, additional deductions, additions and
refunds, and the detail paycheck file. SNAP-2-IT can
easily inspect the pay history for any employee. You can even use a
outside payroll service and enter the data manually to match exactly
what the service calculates.
Employee File
The employee screen expands to display either the pay rate file, the deduction file, the addition file or the paycheck file. The paycheck file lists every check paid to the employee. The paycheck file allows any paycheck to be viewed in detail. A selected paycheck can be further expanded to show the wage detail, the tax breakdown, the additional deductions, etc. Reports
