Restore Handheld
1)
Connect unit to cradle and wait for the
Active Sync window to appear.
2)
If it asks for a partnership type of
connection choose “guest”.
3)
Click on “tools” then click on
“backup/restore”
4)
Choose the folder option that is called
SNAP-2-IT and click on “restore now”
5)
Reboot the unit by pushing “blue” +
“power” + “down arrow”.
Update
Handheld
1)
Connect unit to cradle and wait for the
Active Sync window to appear.
2)
If it asks for a partnership type of
connection choose “guest”.
3)
Click on the “explore” button to
browse the handheld data folder.
4)
Copy and paste the necessary files to the
Mobile Device folder.
