  • Balance Sheet Detail
    Income Statement Detail

  • Bank Statements
    Deposit Register w/ account distribution
    ATM Register w/ account distribution

  • Customer Aging Detail or Summary Report
    Customer Invoice Register w/ account distribution
    Cash Receipts Register w/ account distribution

  • Vendor Aging Detail Report
    Vendor Invoice Register w/ account distribution
    Vendor Check Register w/ account distribution

Tips:  
Let the accountant or CPA make all the necessary adjustments.  They will have the latest and best way for items to be depreciated or amortized based on your financial situation.   Basic bookkeeping will keep it simple while your expert CPA will advise you where to make a manual journal entry.

Some CPA's & accountants only need your informal Income & Balance sheets.  It's a good practice to have all the other documentation that supports how the numbers were calculated..
