HONEST HANDSHAKE LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ ALL THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU CONTINUE.
DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THIS INDICATES YOUR HONEST
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS FILE. IF YOU DO,
WELL THERE'S NOT MUCH WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. AT LEAST TELL A FRIEND

1. LICENSE You have
the non-exclusive right to use the enclosed programs. These
programs maybe used on a single computer. You may distribute
copies of the programs or documentation to others for evaluation
only. You may not modify or translate the programs or related
documentation without prior written consent of Simple Office
Solutions, Inc. You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer these
programs except as expressly provided by this agreement. This
license is effective until terminated. You may terminate the
license by destroying the original product components.
2. TRANSFER You may
transfer the product and license to another party if the other
party agrees to the terms of this agreement and registers the
product with Simple Office Solutions, Inc.
3. COPYRIGHT These
programs and related documentation are copyrighted. You may not
copy the programs or documentation except as expressly provided in
this agreement.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY
When installed and used in accordance with the instructions,
Simple Office Solutions, Inc. warrants this product for thirty
(30) days from the date of delivery against any defects that are
due to faulty materials or workmanship. Should this product, in
the judgment of Simple Office Solutions, Inc., prove to be
defective, Simple Office Solutions, Inc. will at its option repair
or replace this product free of charge or refund the license fee
(oh yeah, you got this evaluation for nothing). You may obtain
warranty service by calling us 760-744-8121 PST, NOTE: This
warranty does not cover damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, or
improper installation of the product.
No other warranty,
written or oral, is authorized by Simple Office Solutions, Inc.
Any and all implied warranties, including warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be
limited to the 30-day warranty period. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may
vary from state to state.
5. LIMITATIONS OF
REMEDIES You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy against
Simple Office Solutions, Inc., its dealers, and distributors shall
be for the repair or replacement of defective products as provided
herein. You agree that no other remedy (including but not limited
to incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost
sales, injury to property, or any other incidental or
consequential loss) shall be available to you. Some states do not
allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or
consequential damages so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of
California. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement,
understand, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You
further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of
the agreement between us, which supersedes any proposal or prior
agreement, oral, or written, and any other communications between
us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
7. NOTE OF AGREEMENT
Please do not duplicate these programs for any reason. If other
parties are interested, they may contact Simple Office Solutions,
Inc. or its dealers for a full working evaluation version of the
product and may upgrade to the full working version at anytime
without re-entering data.
