Configure your company:

The Default Area Code field (optional) is for the most commonly used area code for this company. When entering a phone number into a phone field, you may type an "A" in the 1st position and the default area code will be entered for you.

The Century Divider allows SNAP-2-IT to determine whether you are entering dates for the 1900's or 2000's, since dates are represented with a 2 digit year. For now, just accept the default number.

When a date is entered, the 2 digit year is compared to the Century Divider field. If the 2 digit year is lower than the century divider, the century is 2000. If the date is higher then the year is assigned to be 1900.

For example: If the Century Divider is set to 30 and the date entered is 04/15/07, the date would be considered April 15, 2007.

The Date Warning Range tells SNAP-2-IT how to warn when a date being entered is possibly wrong. A common data input error is to enter the date for the wrong year, for example. This field specifies the number of days before or after today’s date that will not be considered an error. Any date outside of this range will generate a warning but will not prevent you from entering the date.
